Under the terms of Ordinance No. 7937 C.M.S., a vendor submitting bids to the City may be eligible for a 5% bid preference. Qualifying as a "Local Business" and a "Small Local Business" requires meeting the nine criteria shown on the attached (Page____) "Operational Definition of a Local Business". |
